Announcement of a mass selection procedure for the function of judge for an undetermined number of vacancies of district court judges and for an undetermined number of vacancies of flying judges

On 9th September 2024, pursuant to Section 28a par. 1 of Act No.385/2000 Coll. on Judges and Lay Judges and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts, in conjunction with Section 2 par. 1 of Decree of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic No. 307/2022 Coll, laying down details on the selection procedure for the function of judge, President of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic, Marcela Kosová, announced a mass selection procedure for the function of judge for an undetermined number of vacancies of district court judges and for an undetermined number of vacancies of flying judges for the circuit of the Regional Court in Bratislava, the Regional Court in Trnava, the Regional Court in Nitra, the Regional Court in Žilina, the Regional Court in Banská Bystrica. The mass selection procedure will be held on November 11, 2024 at 9.00 a.m.

The application for participation in the mass selection procedure together with the required documents must be sent by October 4, 2024.
