16.06.2023
On the 16th June 2023 the asset declarations of Slovak judges for the year 2022 were published on the website of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic. The obligation to submit asset declaration for the previous year by the end of March of each year must be fulfilled by those who performed the function of a judge last year. On the day of the deadline, 1 411 female and male judges of Slovakia fulfilled this obligation only by electronic means. Asset declarations will be checked by six control committees which are composed of 3 members of the Judicial Council. In case of doubt, the control committee will ask a specific judge to prove the increase in assets for the previous year, or to clarify other circumstances connected with the assets.
