Judicial Council has 3 new members
On 3rd of November 2023 the Government of the Slovak Republic nominated three new members of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic. According to the Article 141a par. 3 of the Slovak Constitution only a person that is not a judges may be constituted a member of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic nominated by the executive power.
In accordance with this constitutional provision Ms. Magdaléna Hromcová, Vice-President of the Slovak Bar Association, Mr. Martin Bezák, lawyer and Ms. Ľudmila Joanidisová, notary, became new members of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic with term ending in 2028.
