The Election of new member of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic

On 29th November 2023 the President of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic Ján Mazák declared election for a post of a member of the Judicial Council of the Slovak republic due to resignation of one judge member in the second half of November.

The election of a new member will be held on 5th of February 2024 from judges of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic and the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic. Nominations for election of a new member have to be submitted to President of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic by 20th of December 2023.
