The election of one member of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic

On the 22nd of March 2023 the President of the Judicial Council, Mr. Ján Mazák, published a statement in which he announced the date of the election of one member judge of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic. The election will be held on the 23rd of May 2023 in the western  constituency. The judges of the  regional and district courts in Bratislava, Trenčín, Nitra and Trnava and the  Specialized Criminal Court in Pezinok will elect  the  member to the Judicial Council. The elections are held due to the end of the term of the office of one member judge in the Judicial Council.
