The judges of Trenčín Regional Court met with Marcela Kosova, President of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic

The regional meeting of the divisions of Trenčín Regional Court with the judges of the district courts in its district was held In the Institute of Education of the Ministry of Justice in Omšenie.   
Marcela Kosová , the President of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic accepted the invitation of Iveta Záleská , President of the Regional Court in Trenčín and attended the meeting. The meeting of judges of the Trenčín Region was attended, among others, by Boris Susko , Minister of Justice of the SR, Jana Bajánková , President of the Civil Law College of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic, and Patrik Príbelský , President of the Senate of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic.

The President of the Judicial Council considers communication with judges across Slovakia to be extremely important. This is also one of the reasons why she regularly visits discussion forums, which help to better identify specific problems that trouble individual court districts. "Judges in the district of the Regional Court in Trenčín have similar problems as judges throughout Slovakia, which, unfortunately, largely stem from the new court map", says Marcela Kosová. The President of the Judicial Council not only listened to their suggestions, but also gave her speech. In her speech, she addressed the Trenčín Region judges and pointed out the importance of lively communication between the judicial council as a whole or the President herself with the judges, which can contribute to solving problems of the judiciary.
The expert discussion mainly focused on the current issues in the decision-making activity of the courts. The program also included a joint meeting of family law boards of district courts. The President of the Judicial Council plans to continue deepening communication with judges in the future.
