The President of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic modifies the condidtions for submissions to the Judicial Council
The document entitled "Submissions to the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic (Advisor)", which was previously published on the official website of the Judicial Council, has been temporarily withdrawn. The President of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic, Marcela Kosová, has decided to withdraw it, as some parts of the document do not correspond with the current legislation regulating the competences of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic and the competences of the President of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic. This material was issued by the former President of the Judicial Council. The current President is currently taking steps to ensure that the shortcomings in the material are rectified as soon as possible. The Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic, as a collective body, will prepare and publish guidelines for submissions by natural and legal persons to the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic in accordance with the legislation in force. Submissions received are currently being processed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Judicial Council Act and related legislation. Submissions addressed to the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic may continue to be delivered either in person to the Registry of the Office of the Judicial Council by post or electronically.
