Asset Declarations of Judges for 2025 have been published
Today, 12 May 2026, the Judicial Council published 1,455 asset declarations submitted by judges who held judicial office during 2025 on its official website, in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic, the resolution of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic of 18 June 2025, and the principles of transparency and public oversight.
Under the law, the President of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic is required to disclose judges´ asset declarations to the public by 30 June each year. Judges are obliged to file their asset declarations annually by 31 March for the previous calendar year.
This year, the President of the Judicial Council, Marcela Kosová, fulfilled this obligation seven weeks before the statutory deadline.
