International training program for judges
The President of the Judicial Council, Marcela Kosova, informed the judges that the European Network of Judicial Councils approached the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic as a constitutional body of judicial legitimacy and a body that co-determines the content of the education of judges with information on the possibility of applying for a place in the international educational program ENTraNCE for judges 2025 intended for judges from member countries of the European Union.
Registration for the program is open until November 30, 2024, at the latest. There are 26 vacancies for judges from European Union countries within the program. Until the end of 2024, education will take place in the form of e-learning, in 2025, it will take place within the framework of a three-day conference from March 5 to 7, 2025 in Florence at the European University Institute. The last meeting will be on September 25-26, 2025. The main topics of the education are intellectual property law and competition law.
