The Report on the Rule of Law of the European Commission

The Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic, under the leadership of its President Marcela Kosová, considers it extremely important to inform correctly the professional and lay public about such an important topic as the Report on the Rule of Law of the European Commission. For this reason, it decided to create a special platform on its website. This platform contains selected material and documents monitoring the essential and significant steps of the Judicial Council, as well as its members, towards the European Commission. The platform entitled “The Rule of Law Report  of the European Commission”, includes essential information from 2024 onwards and will be gradually expanded and updated based on developments at the European Commission. The information available on this platform will consist of all subsequent European Commission reports on this subject, as well as the subsequent reactions and procedures of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic. The platform is available: here.
